I Started Walking 12 Miles A Day, And This Happened

Walking is essential and one of the best workouts ever, mainly to keep a slim and not muscular figure. Since moving to a city, I have been walking almost everywhere and since doing that, my step count has skyrocketed. Often times on a day off, I walk 12 miles!
