If you suffer from motion sickness and travel anxiety like myself, try a natural method such as essential oil! Scent is a strong sense, in both good and bad ways, and often I like to use scent to trick my brain into feeling better and associating a smell with something positive. After a handful of times trying this myself, I started to get more confident while traveling, and now I only need a drop or two of essential oil to make it through a long flight.
