I Started Walking 12 Miles A Day, And This Happened
Walking is essential and one of the best workouts ever, mainly to keep a slim and not muscular figure. Since moving to a city, I have been walking almost everywhere and since doing that, my step count has skyrocketed. Often times on a day off, I walk 12 miles! This level of walking isn’t for everyone, but upping your step count has great benefits that I can attest to. Do you walk multiple miles a day, let us know in the comments below?
