dry dog food vs. wet dog food- or both?
there’s nothing more important to me than my precious pups! I want them to be as healthy and live as long as possible, so I did some deep research on the most quality dog food. it’s especially confusing now that there’s so many types of dog food!
the main difference between the 2 is how they’re processed. wet food starts with grinding the protein sources or meat ingredients. then, a gravy is added that contains proteins, minerals, and grains.
dog food is processed in a similar way, but there’s no gravy added. they each have their positives and negatives, but dry food is more affordable, convenient, and has dental health benefits. wet dog food is easier to chew, contains a higher moisture content, and has more flavor.(link: https://www.petmd.com/dog/nutrition/dry-dog-food-vs-wet-dog-food-which-better).
wet dog food or dry dog food- doesn’t matter, as long as they’re well cared for, and the food they’re eating is vet approved!
