Taking selfies isn’t rocket science, but it certainly is an art! Although we might look silly taking these pictures, it’s important to have a few in your camera roll to share on social media, your dating profile, or anywhere else you post pictures of yourself. Finding your angles is the first order of business, followed by proper lighting, and then your pose (both face and body)! I’ve shared an example of my typical selfie, which shows my features in a way I like and gives people a general sense of me. Selfies hold a lot of power (just ask the Kardashians), and if you can master the selfie, you can probably be a decent photographer of other things as well!
